Absolutely! I love celebrating in new places. I am based in Springfield, Missouri. Anything within an hour away is no charge. If the location is further than one hour, I just ask my couples to supply the accommodations (some travel fees may apply depending on the distance).

Rehearsals are included in all of my packages. I believe that it is essential for a cohesive wedding day for your planner to be present at the rehearsal. This ensures a seamless ceremony and gives me a chance to become familiar with your wedding party!

All of my deliverables (checklist, design studio & design pages, vendor list, and decor inventory are included in all of my packages. If you do not wish to book a package, you can absolutely purchase my digital deliverables separately. Just shoot me a message for pricing + links!

Cleanup and packing of decor is included in every package. Many caterers offer bussing of tables & cleaning dishes when you book with them. If that service is not available, you can add-on bussing and cleaning to any planning package for an additional fee.

When you book with me, I will be present for your entire day. That means arriving as soon as the venue opens and leaving after all the cleanup is done.

Absolutely! While this isn’t offered in my packages, it is a service that I offer for an additional fee. I will pickup and transport your decor in my trailer and bring it to your venue. We will work together on the logistics (where & when) to pick up, as well as the plan for returning the decor to the rental company.

Depending on the wedding size and your needs, I can have additional staff present if needed. The full planning package comes with assistants. For all other packages, additional staff members can accompany me for a fee.

Definitely! My hand picked vendor list features experienced professionals who share my commitment to intentional design and flawless execution. However, It is not required to book with the vendors on my list. The list serves as a guide for couples to easily find trusted vendors and track which vendors they need to hire for their event.

For my full + partial planning packages, communication begins as soon as you book. The amount of in-person meetings depends on the package. However, I truly want to make your day as special and as stress free as I can. So feel free to text/email me anytime with your questions!
